What Cuisine Cuisine Saigon can offer to you
We offer baking classes to Adults, Teens and Children in Thao Dien, Saigon. Featuring french chef Didier Tayoro, who studied the culinary arts in Pau, France. Over the last 10 years he has worked in various roles as a pastry chef in England, France, New Zealand, and in Ho Chi Minh City. Classes will be offered to groups of about 10 people, as well as private classes upon request. Furthermore we will be offering Vegan, as well as non-vegan pastry classes.
How it works
You will have the opportunity to bake two pastries over a period of 2 hours. All ingredients will be provided (as well as two complimentary glasses of wine), you will follow the chefs instructions step by step and finally you will go home with your two beautifully finished products as well as the recipe for you to take home and try for yourself.
